set up ctrl+shift+letter key to run existing macro

I want to assign a CTRL+SHIFT+letter shortcut to run an existing macro. When I go to the developer tab in XL and look to assign a shortcut, I am only offered the option to use CTRL+letter. Can I somehow get the CTRL+SHIFT+letter option to work.
