resolve errors in Old DLL/Plugin

I have a plugin from like 2008 that I would like to make some modifications to. The problem I'm having is that the sourcecode, and the dll itself are throwing alot of errors I don't know how to resolve.

Looking for someone to review everything, and see what it would take to get it working again.
