need an excel spreadsheet developer -- 2

I have a construction company and I need someone to develop an estimating spreadsheet with drop down lists, formulas, totals to help price out individual jobs. Types of Materials, labor, profit, overhead would all be included with different options. I have a messy starting file which is very much a work in progress.
