I need Visual Basic programmer

I'll explain what I need, maybe you can help me. I have a database in Microsoft Access. And I have a code in visual basic which based on the date tells if the database should close or not. A kind of license.

My question is, can I retrieve the date via a link in a webserver and put it in the access variable?
