I need a Visual Basic developer

I’m creating a simple math game as part of school project, I’m looking for help/ guidance in getting it to randomly alternate between asking multiplication, devision, subtraction and addition questions. If we have time I’d like to be able to include a binary, linear or some sort of search which displays the results of students from highest score to lowest score. Though the math part if priority.
