modifying existing excel macro VBA required -- 2

Please do not reply unless you haver 5-10 years of experience with VBA and macros for excel. I have a set of 3 macros which feed off each other. In 3 of them I need to add a field from which the raw data is pulled and add the column as well to the results output . One the macros is very complex so it needs someone who won't break it. One of the other macros needs new function added to it. And lastly I have a new macro which is much more simpler then the rest. For the most part the majority of work will be just to understand the existing macros and then make the changes. . If you can speed up the macro as well it would be great samples of complex macros which move data around will be requested. Once you get the details final pricing can be assessed
