modifying existing excel macro -- 2

Please do not reply unless reading the entire project requirement. Replies that occur within the first 2 minutes will be deleted as it means you did not read and look at macro attached and spec . I have a complex excel macro that serve numerous functions. I want to add more capability and make edits to the columns that are targeted . For the most part the majority of work will be just to understand the existing macros and then make the changes. . Please see attached requirement. macro and requirements along with explanation of function are attached. If you can speed up the macro as well it would be great
