make a ms windows sounds from 30hz to 20000hz if possible (in visual basic)

I am looking for a programmer who can help me create a visual basic 2013 sub that will generate a MS Windows sounds. The sounds should have a frequency range from 30Hz to 20,000Hz, if possible, and it has to be heard in sin, square, triangle and sawtooth

Requirements:
- Create sounds with specific durations and pitch for each frequency
- No need for a user interface to control the sounds
- in visual basic 2013

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Experience in audio programming and manipulating sound frequencies
