VB functions describing diagrams (charts)

This is more mathematical puzzle were result shall be presented in form of VB function based on two given values. In the attached chart the value on X-axis and Weight is given. Result shall give value of Y-axis within green band. If outside of Green Band the 'N/A' shall be given as result. The result must interpolate for all Weight values.
