VB for Excel to fnd duplicate rows.

I need some Visual Basic programming that steps through each row in a worksheet. If all four values (yellow highlighted in attached sample file) are the same in any other row(s) in the file, I want to delete those duplicate rows. I'll use your VB programming to find duplicates in other worksheets.
