excel - build table in excel and learn how to do it

I have a table that I built in Excel, I want to improve it so that it will be easier to work with, I also want to consult how it can be improved and learn while doing it.
The work will only be done through remote control software so that I can learn how to do the things and the payment will be by the hour of work.
You need to have a microphone and good English.
