Word VBA Specialist for very small error handling assistance (IMPORTANT READ DESCRIPTION)

Hi,
I have a project where i use external DLL files to take photos (ie using the camera on the device).
the code is this:
"Set cameraNet = New clDLLloader"
If i don't have the DLL files on the computer the code breaks. I want some error handling with a USERform to popup when it cannot be set"
I will design the user form.
I just require the error handling VB code to handle the popup of the form and close the current UserForm open.
