Word VBA Macro - Formatting - Insert Paragraph Mark above headings

Macro required to scan through an entire document and insert a paragraph mark (enter) before each new heading.
The macro must not insert spaces between headings where there is no intervening body or content (i.e parent heading followed by sub-heading).
