Word Document Developer – Smart Template Formatting & Coding
I’m looking for an experienced freelancer to help code and format a Guideline document in Microsoft Word (around 35 pages). The content is already written and the template designed but I need someone to lock it into a smart template with the following features:
✅ Interactive Fields & Pop-ups – Add fillable fields, dropdowns, and pop-up questions that trigger different content based on user responses.
✅ Conditional Logic – Automate sections to appear or disappear depending on selected answers.
✅ Professional Formatting & Design – Ensure a clean, polished, and user-friendly layout that is locked and aligns with branding.
✅ Template Locking – Protect the core content while allowing users to complete necessary fields without altering the structure.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong experience in Word document automation (macros, content controls, forms, and VBA if needed)
✔ Understanding of conditional formatting and interactive document features
✔ Attention to detail in document design and usability
✔ Ability to provide guidance on best practices for a smart, user-friendly template
