Wininet FTP Fix for Windows 11

I am facing an issue on Windows 11 PC with my Visual Basic 6 application that uses Wininet FTP. Every time I try to upload a file, I'm getting an error message saying "File Not Sent." I need an expert in Visual Basic 6 to help me resolve this issue.
Working fine on other clients, so doesnt seem to be any bugs
Firewall is turned off, and FTP works on Filezilla on the client
