Windows USB interface for read/write VBasic

** We are interfacing an autosampler that has a USB interface and reads/writes ascii commands. We need a module (form) that identifies the USB port amd provides communication settings, and has a form that allows us to send read/write commands. **

I am looking for a skilled programmer to build a Windows USB interface with read and write functionality using Visual Basic.

Specific requirements for the project include:

- The ability to read and write data through the USB interface
- A software interface that is built from scratch
- Expertise in Visual Basic programming language
