WinCC Script for Data Logging & Alarms

I need an expert script developer to develop a WinCC (Windows Control Center) script that will primarily focus on two functionalities - data logging and alarm handling.
• Data Logging: The script should be able to track and record specific data parameters integral to my operations; temperature, pressure, and flow rate. Your role will involve defining these parameters within the WinCC environment.
• Alarm Handling: Should any abnormality arise in any of the set parameters, an alarm mechanism should activate immediately. The alarm should:
- Generate an audible alarm as an immediate alert
- Create a log entry for record and future reference
- Send an email notification ensuring notification even away from the operation control center.
Ideal candidates should have proven expertise in WinCC scripting, data logging, and alarm management mechanisms. Also, knowledge of integration methods for email notifications will be beneficial.
