Visual Basic Windows Program for Data Management

I have an Excel spreadsheet with Macros that connects to a specific software and grabs some data. It is very preliminary and I want to know if it is possible to have the code converted to Visual Basic so the development can be done in VB. I have attached all the relevant information. You will not be able to run the macros because you will need the ETABS software installed.
At this point all I want to to connect to ETABS with the current opened file, grab some data and fill the datagrid controls.
Please let me know what the total cost will be to do so.
