Please develop me a VB Script

Here is is Pseudo Code

1. Read in File 1 - cell 1 (Excel file)
2. Store the variable in Cell 1 into Field1
3. Read in file2 - cell3 (Excel file)
4. Store the variable in cell 3 into Field 2
5. If field1 = field2 then write out report line item 1 "Match Found" Field 1 = Field 2

Its pretty simple so please bid on the project if you can do this
