Brief Assignment Description:
We are looking for a consultant or freelancer on a part time basis. The person will be responsible to provide support for any code level issue that our client may face while using the software. The person should turnaround with a solution within 24 hrs. The person will work with our support team to understand the issue and resolve the same. The support has to be given virtually. No physical visits are required.
Qualification/Experience:
The person should have 5-8 years’ working experience on Virtual Basic 6, SQL Server 2005 and Crystal Report. He/she should have proper working knowledge of ERP software.
Employment Type: Temporary (Part-time)
Assignment Duration: 1 year (Starting May)
No of support call expected: 20-25 during entire 1 year assignment
Payment Term: 25k (including GST) per quarter
