Excel Dashboard Development for Vendor/Supplier Management Questionnaire
We require an Excel-based dashboard for a Vendor/Supplier Management Questionnaire. This job involves creating a structured assessment tool with automated calculations and visual summaries. (Use AI, AI will help you with the formulas)
Key Requirements:
Quarterly Assessment Tabs (4 Tabs – One per Quarter)
Each tab will contain a set of evaluation questions ( we can supply)
Each question will have a dropdown menu with five rating options: Good, Great, Pass, Below Mark, and Fail.
These ratings should automatically convert into numerical values (e.g., Good = 4, Great = 5, etc.).
Three evaluators—Manager, Senior Manager, and Director—will provide independent ratings.
A total score should be calculated per question and per evaluator.
An overall score should be calculated for each quarter.
The quarterly scores should contribute to an annual overall score.
Summary Dashboard(cover letter or 1 page) is required . Displays the overall vendor performance score and trends over time.
Provides a real-time aggregated score, incorporating scores across all quarters.
Includes visualizations such as graphs or conditional formatting for easy interpretation.
