I'm preparing for an M&A Firm case study interview and need help building an Excel model. As a beginner, this task feels more advanced than I'm ready for.
Scope of work
- Develop an intermediate Excel model based on the provided data set.

- Make sure the project has a clearly outlined approach in the first sheet explaining the assumptions used.

Acceptance criteria
1. All sheets calculate without error on first open in Microsoft Excel 365.
2. Changing any assumption cell updates the valuation outputs in real time.
3. Formulas are transparent—no hard-coded values buried in the math.
