I am looking for a Freelancer who is an expert in Visual Basic to assist me in creating an application. The application requires certain features and functionalities related to data management and must be completed within the week. Since I do not have a design or wireframe for the user interface, I am looking for assistance with that as well. The end product must reflect the specifications discussed in order to meet the desired outcome.
