VBA macro contact deathbycaptchia api

I want freelancer to write Excel VBA macro to deal with deathbycaptcha api
by the way deathbycaptcha api has documentation for c# and python and java you can get it as guide
the macro should opens a url given in cell a1
the website has a captchia send the captchia to deathbycaptcha api and get the 4digits number and fill it in the text box and pressing the button
then a pop menu appears the macro need to press ok
confirmation
if captchia is ok
the button will be deactivated and the time of regestering is shown above the captcha
