UPDATE IN GST PORTAL -- 2

I'm looking for a Freelancer to update the GST Portal for me - specifically to implement new features. The updates would happen occasionally, so it's important that the Freelancer is able to stay up to date with the changes. It would also be great if the Freelancer could help out with testing the updates as well. I'm looking for someone with a solid understanding of the GST Portal who can provide quality updates. I have vb.6.0 Inventory application, i need when a sales bill finished the bill has to update in GST PORTAL [ E invoice] and IRN has to be generated in bill.
