Troubleshoot and Consulting work for Form Design in MS Excel

I am looking for a consultant/developer to assist our company in developing a form in MS Excel, that requires the use of innovative ideas / programming language such as Visual Basic (VBA), for the purpose of entering and editing contract information such as contract expiry date, work status, contract period, contract utilization, quotation validity etc. The interface and output shall be linked to another worksheet or source, to provide an avenue for users to edit source through the form.

The form design shall be customisable and iterative for best user experience.
