3 Tiny Issues related to Ms Word VBA, NOTE: Not necessarily all tasks are doable, lemme know

There are 3 tiny Issues in Ms Word File VBA Coding;
1. There is a Signature Section, which is misaligned in a text box and in order to align it, I have to click inside Text Box and run a Macro specially made for it. But I need that it should be done without clicking manually in each signature Text box and running macro separately for each Signature Section.
2. There are 3- 6 extra spaces in different places in document between words, that needs to be removed through VBA.
3. As I convert my Ms Excel file to PDF & then to Ms Word File, Paragraphs/sections where Page breaks occurs in Ms Excel File, when converted to Ms Word gets divided and gets captiavted in Text Boxes. There has to be a VBA code in Ms Word to bring them out of text Box and make them one paragraph/section, the way it has to be.
