Solidworks API macro- VBA

I wrote a macro in Solidworks API. The purpose of the macro is to make all holes in a part a specific color. Each size is a different color, and then in an assembly the colors are used to make sure mating through holes and tapped holes match. For example, all M6 tapped holes turn purple, and m6 through holes also turn purple, allowing for a quick visual check of errors on large assemblies. I currently have to run the macro on each part of the assembly separately. I want to be able to open the assembly and run the macro and have it automatically open and close all the parts in the assembly and sub assemblies and run the macro, so it only needs to be run once.
