Send email from VB6 App

I have a VB6 app from which I want to easily let users send an email. I had something that worked about 2 years ago, but I believe the security has been heightened so they no longer go through. I've attached a portion of email code that used to work.

I need code where I can email directly from my VB6 app and include attachments. Perhaps a need a 3rd party .ocx I am open to suggestions
