VB Script for Excel Files required

I have a data which needs to be arranged
Column A,B,C,D,E
eg. Column E have remarks like confirm, cancel, NA
Column D have remarks like HR, BR, etc.
how the script will work?
Sheet 1 => will have shortcodes for column D so eg. if on Column D HR is mentioned than automatically it converts to Haryana on sheet 2
E Column have remarks => automatically script will shift all records with confirm remark to Sheet 3
and cancel remarks to sheet 4 with name cancelled
