VB Script to assign meeting rooms based on time and fixed location
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a VB Script expert who can create a program for me to automatically assign meeting rooms based off a fixed number of meeting pods and depending on the duration of the meeting. The fixed location for the meeting rooms is in Meeting Pods and they can range from 30min to 1hr, or however long I assign. There are 30 meeting rooms available for assignment.
The data to feed this script would be in excel i.e column A - Customer Name, Column B - Meeting Time and fixed number of meeting rooms to assign from. Example if meeting 1 is from 9 - 9:30am a meeting pod is assigned and the meeting room is available after that for further auto assignment.
The objective here is to avoid assigning the meeting rooms manually.
