Screen Symbol Extraction to Excel Program

I need a Windows program which can identify symbols (numbers) from a designated area of my screen and export those numbers to an Excel sheet or a custom interface that conducts basic arithmetic calculations.
Key Features:
- Mouse Drag-and-Select: The program should allow me to select the screen area from which characters are extracted using a simple drag-and-select method with the mouse.
- Dual Export: It must export the extracted symbols automatically to Excel or the custom interface every 2 seconds, as well as on demand via a hotkey.
- Basic Math: The custom interface should be able to carry out basic arithmetic operations (addition and subtraction) on the extracted data.
