VB6 SERVER and FLUTTER CLIENT(s)

I have a windows app (.exe) written in VB6, and i want to communicate (open socket for example) to a FLUTTER app.
the VB6 side needs to be the SERVER side and the FLUTTER side needs to be CLIENT(s) side
I need the code (or dll or ocx) for both sides, VB6 and FLUTTER, that can open this server-client communication, which i will implement in my code..
