SEND 2FA codes that get refresh to an EXCEL sheet

This is quite simple but i don't have the knowledge to do (if it can be done)
I want to copy 2FA codes that get refresh when their time expires to an excel sheet
Right now i am using an Microsoft edge extension call authenticator but any method its okay if can be passed to excel. For our purposes we are also using selenium basic, edgedriver and net framework 3.5 inside the excel sheet.
