Receive Windows Events in Microsoft Access (32/64)

We want to resize forms in Access depending on the resolution of Microsoft Access. So if we resize Access we need to get the events in some kind of eventhandler so we can do our own resizing in the open forms.

We already build this years ago in a VB6 dll (sources available). But that only works in Access 32 bit. We now want to work it in Access 64 bit as well.
