Product Data Mapping for Customer Listings

Project Overview:
We are looking for a reliable freelancer to transfer and map product data from our internal product listing sheet into the various listing sheets provided by our B2B customers.

Our internal listing sheet serves as the source file.
All product information is already clean, complete, and organized in individual columns, such as:
* Article number
* Barcode / EAN
* Color
* Material
* Dimensions
* Weight
* Product name & description
* Packaging details
* Variant information
* And more

Each customer has their own unique listing template, so the data must be accurately mapped and entered into the correct fields.

Detailed Tasks:
* Map fields from our source sheet to the correct fields in the customer’s listing sheet
* Use VLOOKUP/SVERWEIS where possible to automate data transfer
* For many fields, manual work is required, especially when customer templates contain dropdown fields that do NOT allow typing your own values
* Follow all customer rules for formatting, mandatory fields, and allowed values
* Check data for accuracy (correct dimensions, EANs, product names, variants, etc.)
* Communicate if something is unclear or if required fields have no matching source data

Requirements:
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel
* Experience with data entry, data mapping, or product listings
* Confident working with VLOOKUP/SVERWEIS
* Ability to correctly select values from dropdown lists
* High attention to detail and very accurate working style
* Ability to understand German field names (customer sheets are usually in German)
* Experience in e-commerce product data is a plus, but not required

Workload & Long-Term Collaboration:

We regularly receive:

* new customers with new listing templates
This means we have weekly ongoing work if performance is good.
