Printed Text to Excel

I have a batch of printed documents whose full text must be keyed into a single, well-structured Excel workbook. Every word, line break, and piece of punctuation in the originals has to appear exactly the same in the sheet, so accuracy takes priority over speed.

The workbook should follow this simple layout:
• Column A – Document number (sequential)
• Column B – Full text content

Please protect any special characters, maintain original capitalisation, and avoid introducing extra spaces or returns. Before sending the final .xlsx file, spot-check your own work against the prints to ensure no omissions. Delivery is complete when I receive the error-free Excel sheet along with a brief note confirming the page count and any illegible areas you encountered.
