PowerPoint Macro Development & Licensing

I need an experienced freelancer to develop a PowerPoint macro that can be licensed to thousands of computers. I would like to create a macro in PowerPoint that automatically adjusts the width of columns to minimize the vertical length of the table.
Specific features of the macro should include:
-See attached PDF for specific design requirements
-Should be able to specify the number of licenses granted to a specific customer that they then can deploy to their own computers
-Should be able to set expirations for licenses and update expiration date of licenses pending payment from customers
Good English communication skills are required in order to collaborate and make changes to the macro, as needed.
This project is for 1 PowerPoint macro, however, if we are satisfied with the development, we will prioritize you for development on any future macro developments.
