Power BI Developer – Real-Time "Airport-Style" Dispatch Dashboard

Project Overview:
I need a real-time operations dashboard built in Power BI to act as a "Live Flight Board" for our dispatch team. The goal is to bridge the gap between our Sales team (who enter jobs) and our Operations team (who complete them).

Key Features Required:
Live "Airport" Schedule: A scrolling list of active jobs that updates automatically without manual refreshing.
Priority Highlighting: Use conditional formatting (color coding) to make "Emergency" and "Urgent" jobs stand out (e.g., flashing or bright red).
Status Tracking: Track job status (Pending, In-Progress, Complete) with timestamps to calculate "On-Time" vs. "Late" metrics.
MS Teams Integration: The dashboard must be pinned as a tab in Microsoft Teams so the team can chat alongside the data.
Dispatch View: Optimized for a large-screen TV display in our office (Chromeless/Full-screen view).
Technical Requirements:
Experience with DirectQuery or Automatic Page Refresh (APR) for real-time updates.
Advanced DAX skills to create time-based KPIs (Completion rate for the day, SLA tracking).
