Power Automate Birthday & Training Emails -- 2

I keep an Excel workbook with the following columns: Employee Name, Email, Birthday, Training Date and Manager Email. The file sits in Microsoft 365 and all staff use Outlook.

I need two automated flows built in Power Automate:

• Birthday Flow – runs each morning, checks the sheet and sends a personalised “Happy Birthday” email on the exact date to the employee while CC’ing their manager.

• Training Reminder Flow – also runs daily, looks 60 days out and 30 days out from the Training Date, then emails the employee about the upcoming training and CC’s their manager. The flow should avoid duplicate reminders if a date is moved.

Both flows must use dynamic Outlook email actions and pull merge fields (name, date, etc.) directly from the row. I don’t have a design for the emails, so I’m looking for you to create clean, professional HTML templates that match our corporate colours and are easy for me to tweak later in Outlook’s editor if needed.

I’ll provide sample data and mailbox access for testing. Once complete, I’d like a brief hand-over call or a short Loom video explaining how the flows are configured so I can maintain them in the future.
