Pivot Table - Company Dashboard

I have a very basic proficiency level in excel and I was looking for some support to format our data into a nice dashboard template using pivot table that will update automatically, as I update each tab with more entries. I have a master excel file that I can share in the hopes that you could provide 1-2 options for a dashboard tab. I can provide the source file (attached) but there are likely a few other tabs that I would include so that they could be layered into the dashboard if we proceed to work together on this.
