PDF to Excel Data Input -- 2

I have a stack of PDF documents that contain straightforward tables—names, dates, IDs, and a few numeric fields. Every line has to be transferred into the matching columns of an Excel workbook I will supply. The task is pure data input; no analysis or cleanup is needed right now.

Accuracy matters more than speed. I need totals to reconcile exactly with the source files, fields to retain their original number or date formats, and text to be copied without typos. You may use Microsoft Excel’s built-in tools or your own preferred shortcuts, but please stay away from automated scraping if it risks garbling characters; I would rather have a perfectly typed sheet than a fast but error-filled one.

Deliverables:
• One .xlsx file containing every record from all PDFs
• Consistent formatting (currency to two decimals, dates as DD/MM/YYYY, etc.)
• Zero missing rows or columns—spot checks will be run against the PDFs
