Openoffice Writer Macro

I need an OpenOffice Macro working on OpenOffice Writer that picks All RTF Files from a Folder or Network UNC Path and converts to PDF (also need the possiblity to add a password for the PDF created in the code) to another Folder or Network UNC Path, need to work with the Menu option "Export to PDF", also good to have the Line Command (CMD) to run in silent mode.
