VB.Net Code for LED8 Screen Printing -- 2

I have a cashier computer have back LED8 screen. I need a VB.Net code windows application that will print numeric values in currency format from a textbox onto the LED8 screen.
Key Requirements:
- The code must be able to print currency values from the textbox onto the LED8 screen.
- The values are limited to whole numbers and decimals up to two places, i.e. typical currency values.
- Experience with VB.Net and interfacing with LED screens is essential.
- Prior experience with cashier systems would be a plus.
- The ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code is crucial.
