Need to edit VBA Code for extracting the same result as result file attached

I need a help to modify my existing code for getting the same result as the result file. The code is for splitting a workbook with its all worksheet into new workbook separately. But it is pasting the only visible data into new workbook's worksheet by used range method but it is hampering the data which is under grouping. Please review my result file and let me know if any VBA expert can obtain the same result by modifying my existing code.
