Need custom power BI report

Hi everyone,
I need some assistance with Power BI setup. We are small construction business currently have a couple of page of pwerBi report however we need to enhance it and make it more of a direct feed. We need to have a live gant chart view for our live projects in Power BI shows all the project start, finish and who runs the job, coupled with few Pi charts live etc. Currently we get the information manually from the software called Prime ecosystem and we fill excel sheet and then from the excel sheet data goes to power BI. We need someone to assist us for direct feed from Prime (open source) directly to Power Bi live and to design for us a few new pages shows project gant chart program, project financial.
For the first session we should meet at our office in Doncaster or zoom meering and we review data and procedure and we start to work on this in the next couple of days.
I have allowed this task amount for the initial 15min zoom meeting or phone conversation to define the data to be presented in Power BI and the format of reporting and the rest can be done remotely and over zoom meeting etc.
