[VB.NET] Voice Chat (Push-To-Talk) -- 2
Budget: €30 – €250 EUR
Project need a client and a server full write in vb.net.
You need to use .net native lib for it. (Ex: DirectX.DirectSound, NAudio, ...)
Need to be write from scratch (WaveFormat(), CaptureDevicesCollection(), .....)
Usage of UDP is needed with a buffer on client and a frame count for be compatible with slow connection and jitter.
Usage of Net.Sockets needed for UDP, the server need to be able to send to 500 clients simulanous.
The voice buffer need to be encode et decode in opus voice with NAudio Lib or opus wrapper.
Talking need to be like a talkie walkie with a push to talk button.
