I need an experienced Excel/VBA expert to modify an existing packaging file used in an operations environment. The file is already 90% complete — it only requires logic adjustments, small automation improvements, and layout changes.
Project Requirements
1. Packing Logic Update
Modify the picklist so parts are packed by lineup number, in assembly order.
Ensure boxes are not mixed between lineups unless below a small threshold (I will explain Logic).
Optimize to minimize the number of boxes while keeping lineup integrity. Use VBA to make file lighter!
2. Label Generator Modifications
Modify existing Label maker for parts:
Order number
Area type
Lineup number
Final model
SKU with Barcode
Quantity
Add a QR code
3. Packing List per Box
Automatically generate a packing list showing:
Box number
Items inside
Qty per SKU
Lineup association
Order number with Barcode
