Microsoft Office Self-Grading Test

I'm looking to have a self-grading test created that will allow me to customize questions/answers. The test should range from 20-50 questions and handle multiple selection, single selection, fill in the blank, True/False, and short answer (this not graded but enterable by student). Ideally, I’d like to see the test built in a Microsoft Office environment (Word preferred) and printable (I understand the printable version would not be self-gradable). If possible, I’d also like to consider metrics output to excel or something similar.
