Make me a simple Interface on VB.Net for Punch (Holes) Positioning

I'm on the lookout for skilled freelancer who possesses significant expertise in creating machine control interfaces for an XY Axis CNC Drill Machine. Your role will require creating an interface to create various holes patterns.
Key features this interface must include are:
- User-friendly Interface to create customizable Drill Patterns: Ability to select from common geometrical patterns (e.g. angular lines, circular, matrix) and add new ones.
- Interactive Picture Box: Status of each hole (done, ongoing, pending) shown
-- Scalable picture box representing the part dimensions. List of points should be displayed in a data grid.
- Mouse-Click Coordinates: The interface should also record and display the coordinates of where the operator clicks on the Picture Box.
Task only requires you to work on VB and create a GUI.
